Inside Out Health Co needed a refreshed identity to reflect its unique balance of science-driven lab testing and holistic practices. We designed a vibrant, flexible logo system that captures the brand’s core belief: healing begins from the inside out, with gut health as the catalyst for whole-body transformation. Brief
Inside Out Health Co is a Colorado-based holistic health practice serving clients virtually through personalized coaching, lab testing, and lifestyle guidance. Founded from the owner’s own life-changing health journey, the company exists to empower people to take control of their wellness and feel confident, independent, and thriving. Their clients—primarily women in their 30s–50s—seek help with preventative health, hormone balance, and gut health.
The brand needed a refreshed visual identity that communicates integrity, kindness, and empowerment, while also appealing to a female audience in a way that feels uplifting, trustworthy, and holistic. It also needed to highlight the company’s unique approach—where science-driven lab testing and data meet holistic practices, bringing together the best of both worlds for sustainable wellness. Central to the brand is the belief that healing begins from the inside out—starting with the gut as the catalyst for whole-bodied transformation.

Wasteland Marketing designed a bold yet approachable new identity for Inside Out Health Co, built on a vibrant palette of purples, pinks, oranges, and golds to capture vitality, wellness, and joy. The logo is clean and structured for clarity and professionalism, paired with softer elements that bring warmth and approachability.
To reflect the company’s blend of science and soul, we emphasized a balance of precise, professional design with organic color palettes and sublogo variations. A suite of sublogos—for Men, Women, Nutrition, and Cleanse—each carries a distinct color scheme while remaining cohesive with the master brand. This flexible system allows Inside Out Health Co to visually represent its individualized, lab-informed yet holistic approach across all areas of service.
